Dionne is a former Geography lecturer at the Dominica State College. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of Geosciences (Wuhan, China) and a master's degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill). Dionne is CPAG's Research Officer. She engages with key stakeholders, manages data and provides support for activities relating to CPAG.
